Google	We use Google Analytics (GA4) cookies to collect data about the visitors to the site which includes the number of visitors, session duration, pages visited during the session etc. and whether visitors return. Google Analytics will assign a unique “ID” to a user of the boxxe website at the point they register an account with us for the purpose of tracking their activity on the boxxe website. This information is anonymous and cannot be used to identify you personally unless you end up becoming a boxxe customer. Google Analytics cannot use the ID to work out who you are.	Device’s IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form) geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. Google Analytics stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile.
Hotjar Ltd	We use Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize this service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users’ experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behaviour and their devices. Hotjar is contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf.	This includes a device's IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. Hotjar stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile.
Klevu	Klevu offers a machine learning algorithm which takes several parameters into account when establishing what a customer may like and eventually buy on the store. Javascript keeps track of what customers are searching for and visiting. These products visited by these customers and any recent search queries fired by them are used as a context to the search queries fired by them. Klevu perform semantic and statistical analysis of this data to identify the intent and to build multiple, product-noun (e.g. bag, shoe, chair) specific profiles of preferences. Klevu also employs a method called collaborative filtering, which involves analyzing the history of other customers who have or had performed similar searches and visited products similar to the products visited by the current customer. Only those products that are relevant to the current search query are picked up and analyzed to identify common factors within them. Dotdigital	Dotdigital is a SaaS cross-channel marketing automation platform and services provider that helps brands devise successful, personalized marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g. email). Paired with its Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM integration, boxxe is able to deliver tailored marketing to its customers.	Contact data (such as email address, contact number, name or other contact details), marketing preferences, IP address and usage information (including online navigation data, location data and browser data).

EEA	Vaimo	Vaimo has access to certain categories of boxxe customer personal data (names, addresses, DOB, email, number, location, device and diagnostic data, connection data), by virtue of hosting the boxxe website. Vaimo also has a legally valid intra-group agreement in place and no data is transferred to any entity who is not a party to it.
EEA	Dotdigital	Boxxe will provide certain information about its customers to Dotdigital in order for it to be able to provide automated marketing services that are tailored to its specific customer interests. boxxe Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. How to participate

1.1 In order to validly enter this promotion, you are required to complete the form at Digit Expo on 21st November 2024.

1.2 All entries must include your name, email address, contact number and organisation.

1.3 Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions will be void and will not be entered into this promotion.

1.4 You may only submit one entry to this promotion.

2. Competition Duration

This promotion will start and end on 21st November 2024. Entries received by boxxe Limited after this time will be void and will not be entered into this promotion.

3 Selection of the winner

3.1 One (1) winner will be selected.

3.2 The winner of the prize draw will be the first entrant who correctly guessed the number of sweets in the jar, from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions.

4 Prize

4.1 The prize is the sweets in the jar.

4.2 There is no alternative prize.

4.3 The prize is non-transferable and does not include any additional costs and expenses.

5. Restrictions and requirements

5.1 Please note the following restrictions and requirements apply: all participants must over the age of 18, be a resident of the United Kingdom and have attended Digit Expo on 21st November 2024.

5.2 Employees of boxxe Limited and their immediate families are ineligible to enter this promotion.

6. Notification of the results and receipt of the prize

6.1 The promoter will notify the winner by email on or before Friday 6th December 2024. If a selected winner does not respond to the notification within 28 days, the prize will be forfeited, and the promoter will select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will also have 28 days to respond to their notification).

7. Publicity and personal information

7.1 By entering this promotion you agree to your personal information being used to process your entry, to contact you about your entry, and for the purpose outlined in paragraph 8.2 below. The promoter will use your personal information only in accordance with these terms and conditions and our privacy policy.

7.2 The surname and county of the winner can be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Laura Smith-King, boxxe Limited, Artemis House, Eboracum Way, Heworth, York, England, YO31 7RE.

7.3 If you do not want your surname and county included on the list of winners referred to above, please email laura.smith-king@boxxe.com prior to the closing date of the promotion.

8. General

8.1 This promotion is operated by boxxe Limited, Artemis House, Eboracum Way, Heworth, York, England, YO31 7RE.

8.2 While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit the promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, the promoter will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to the promoter or to the entrant at the time of entry to the promotion or which are caused by a third party.

8.3 The laws of England and Wales apply to these terms and conditions.

8.4 Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8.5 You agree to take responsibility of any Tax / National Insurance obligations, where applicable.
