FAQs Software

A license key is a way to make sure that only the correct user has access to this licence.  This means installing and also using the correct license, the key can come in either characters or numbers that must be validated when attempting to use the software for the first time.  Licensing can change depending on the license you purchase but it is important to note that there is a difference between a "license" and a "license key", a "license" is the license itself which needs to be purchased for the businesses need & the "license key" is to ensure the "end user" can access the correct license.

The best way to view your licenses is within "Your Account" area, simply "Sign In" to your account and click on "My Licenses" in the tile area.  This section will let you view the License you have bought through boxxe, Quantity, Expiration date, Provider, who created the order, the order date, the end user and price.  If you need to change anything with your license agreement, please contact your Account Manager.

If you need help with the management of your licenses please contact your "Account Manager" whose details can be found in your account, or if you have not been assigned an Account Manager, please use the "Contact boxxe" form and we will be happy to help with your licensing needs.

You can see your license details in the "My license" area of your account. Here you will be able to see when your license "Expiration date" is due, you can also contact your "Account manager" or contact our customer experience team who will be happy to help

Unfortunately, you cannot upgrade or downgrade your licenses online.  The best way to get support for this, is to contact your account manager or use the "Contact us" form.  Downgrading your licenses will also depend on the contract you have with the supplier.

If you have sourced your licensing through boxxe then to find you "renewal date" or "expiration date" is simple. "Sign in" to your account, click on the "My licenses" tile and you will be able to see all the license agreements you have with boxxe. Here you can see the license bought, expiration, provider (supplier), who created the order, the date in which the order was placed, the end user and the cost of the order.

Unfortunately, you can not amend any details on our website but if you need support please contact your account manager or customer experience team

The only way to change a end user for your licensing through boxxe is to contact your account manager.  You will still be able to manage yourself if you do so already.
