Centrepoint is the UK's leading charity for homeless young people, offering accommodation, health support, and life skills to help them transition back into education, training, and employment. The charity supports around 8,000 young people aged 16-25 annually, across 45 sites nationwide. Centrepoint is widely recognised for its efforts and receives notable support from its high-profile patron, Prince William.

Challenge

Centrepoint, the UK's leading charity for homeless young people, faced connectivity issues across its numerous buildings. This hindered the timely delivery of essential training and support services. The charity needed a robust IT infrastructure to enhance its service delivery.

Plan

The boxxe Group collaborated with Centrepoint to assess the existing connectivity issues and developed a comprehensive plan to address these challenges. The plan involved upgrading hardware, implementing new networking solutions, and ensuring seamless integration across all sites.

Darktrace	Darktrace’s Security Platform enhances boxxe’s cybersecurity position by providing endpoint protection, cloud security, and email security. Darktrace uses AI-driven tools to detect and respond to potential threats, such as malware, phishing attacks, and insider threats, by continuously monitoring network traffic, user behaviour, and cloud-based resources. It aims to prevent data breaches and minimize cyber risks by identifying and mitigating security threats in real-time. Greenhouse	Greenhouse ATS is a cloud-based software that helps companies manage their recruitment processes. It organizes and tracks job applications, resumes, and candidate information. Greenhouse ATS collects applications and stores data about the applicants, such as which source they came from, which role they applied to and where they are in the application process. Greenhouse ATS features applicant tracking, background screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
