Hireforce needed the ability to support a number of teams in different locations. They required stable IT with remote support. Hireforce had been working with an IT service provider for several years, using a smaller cloud data centre for hosting. Whilst day-to-day support was good, the hosting environment had proved unstable, leading to frequent outages and disruptions.

Plan
