The boxxe Group was selected to redesign, build, and migrate Mick George's IT services to a new environment. This included moving IT support off-site, implementing security practices, and providing ongoing 1st and 2nd line support.

The first change the team implemented was to  initially move Mick George's IT services off-site and take over the day-to-day management. The plan involved utilising Citrix XenDesktop and Office 365 to ensure a robust, secure, and scalable IT environment. Comprehensive support from the boxxe Group team allowed Mick George’s internal IT team to focus on strategic initiatives rather than troubleshooting.

Outcome

The transformation resulted in 7-day coverage from 6 AM to 7 PM, significantly enhancing IT support availability. The proactive management and support from boxxe have enabled Mick George's internal team to focus on business growth, contributing to the company doubling in size. Future plans include developing a virtual CIO to further align IT strategy with business goals.
