What does Assure backup?

Assure backs up network operational data from the Cisco Meraki/Cisco Networking Cloud platform — at different levels, such as devices, networks, configuration templates, plotted floorplans, and organisation settings— with real‑time change capture to ensure the best recovery time objective.

Cisco products and solutions supported are: MR, MS, MX, MT, MG, MV, Z3/Z4, CW and Catalyst 9000 Series Switches.

How fast can we recover after an incident?

The Assure Managed Service comes with a 30-minute SLA, from the time a call is logged with our NOC through to restoring up to 150 devices and 10 networks. Specific restoration times and benchmarks for your environment and configuration can be ascertained during the Assure Service Proving session.

Will it help with compliance and governance?

Yes. Assure adds a dedicated assurance layer for cloud networking, delivers regular resilience testing, and supports continuity expectations for backup and restore.

Assure has supported many organisations with various regulatory and framework requirements by providing evidence of infrastructure BCP/DR in audits for FCA, DORA, ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials needs, by proving that regular data backup and protection is in place.

Darktrace	Darktrace’s Security Platform enhances boxxe’s cybersecurity position by providing endpoint protection, cloud security, and email security. Darktrace uses AI-driven tools to detect and respond to potential threats, such as malware, phishing attacks, and insider threats, by continuously monitoring network traffic, user behaviour, and cloud-based resources. It aims to prevent data breaches and minimize cyber risks by identifying and mitigating security threats in real-time. Greenhouse	Greenhouse ATS is a cloud-based software that helps companies manage their recruitment processes. It organizes and tracks job applications, resumes, and candidate information. Greenhouse ATS collects applications and stores data about the applicants, such as which source they came from, which role they applied to and where they are in the application process. Greenhouse ATS features applicant tracking, background screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
