We hold delivery capabilities across different Sophos Technologies and have in-depth knowledge and experience, making us an asset to any customer looking for service delivery expertise.
A remotely delivered endpoint management and monitoring service delivered by the boxxe SOC. The service will use Sophos endpoint monitoring to detect qualified and attempted attacks on the customer endpoint. The Sophos platform is SaaS based but boxxe will manage and maintain a multi-tenant instance of Sophos Central, that feeds our SIEM platform through remote collection.
With the Managed Firewall service, we will manage and maintain a customer’s firewalls, providing availability monitoring to ensure they are available and operating normally – alerting the customer when an issue with the firewall occurs. As part of the service, we will also be responsible for managing and updating the customer firewall configurations. Sophos platform is fully supported under this service.
