The 14” Quad HD+ IPS screen features a 16:10 aspect ratio and a resolution of 2240x1400, for incredibly sharp detail. To help you get the most out of this premium hardware, the Swift X features an array of ingenious cooling solutions to allow the laptop to run faster and smoother for longer without sounding like a jet taking off.
The dual heat-pipes help transfer heat away from the CPU and GPU as efficiently as possible. This is then complimented by the cooling fan which can not only intake cool air from beneath the laptop, it can also draw air in through the keyboard to maximum cooling performance.
The Swift X manages to fit all this into an aluminium body that measures less than 18mm thick, imbuing it with a sleek style that looks great wherever you take it. It also weighs in at a mere 1.4kg, meaning that whether you’re heading to a business meeting, walking between classes or travelling for any other reason, it’s perfect for carrying with you.
The body also features Acer’s OceanGlass touchpad which uses recycled plastics gathered from coastal waterways, to improve sustainability and help the planet.
