The Avocent MergePoint Unity appliance is the fourth generation KVM over IP appliance from Avocent. This appliance provides IT administrators a complete remote management solution to access and control servers, networking equipment and other devices found in data centers and branch offices. The MergePoint Unity switch enhances the in-band management typically done through the NIC of IT equipment by providing secure and remote out-of-band connections directly to the physical KVM, USB and serial ports. This unified approach enables IT administrators a faster method to diagnose, reconfigure or restore equipment to meet SLAs and minimize downtime.

It aims to prevent data breaches and minimize cyber risks by identifying and mitigating security threats in real-time. Greenhouse	Greenhouse ATS is a cloud-based software that helps companies manage their recruitment processes. It organizes and tracks job applications, resumes, and candidate information. Greenhouse ATS collects applications and stores data about the applicants, such as which source they came from, which role they applied to and where they are in the application process. Greenhouse ATS features applicant tracking, background screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
