Digitise anything with ease
The ScanSnap SV600 allows you to scan newspapers, bound documents, magazines or books without the need for cutting or causing damage.
Scan anything from business cards to A3 size (landscape)* documents
Any documents larger than A4 such as maps, historical documents and blueprints can be simply positioned on the black pad and scanned directly without any extra effort. User interaction retouch tool allows the possibility to hold the document in a good position without worrying about fingers on the scanned image.

New VI technology

This application plays an increasingly important role in the ScanSnap eco system, especially when additionally utilising the recently introduced ScanSnap Sync functionality, which allows for cross linkage from the ScanSnap Connect App to for example Dropbox, to Nuance Power PDF or to ScanSnap Organizer.

Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behaviour and their devices. Hotjar is contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf.

Dotdigital
Dotdigital is a SaaS cross-channel marketing automation platform and services provider that helps brands devise successful, personalized marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g. email). Paired with its Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM integration, boxxe is able to deliver tailored marketing to its customers.

Darktrace
Darktrace’s Security Platform enhances boxxe’s cybersecurity position by providing endpoint protection, cloud security, and email security. Darktrace uses AI-driven tools to detect and respond to potential threats, such as malware, phishing attacks, and insider threats, by continuously monitoring network traffic, user behaviour, and cloud-based resources. It aims to prevent data breaches and minimize cyber risks by identifying and mitigating security threats in real-time.
Contact data (name, email address, user name), devide identifiers (e.g. IP address) and/or mobile identifiers, location data to nearest city, usage information (including tracking or browsing behavior).
Greenhouse
Greenhouse ATS is a cloud-based software that helps companies manage their recruitment processes. It organizes and tracks job applications, resumes, and candidate information. Greenhouse ATS collects applications and stores data about the applicants, such as which source they came from, which role they applied to and where they are in the application process. Greenhouse ATS features applicant tracking, background screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.

In addition, depending on the products/services and your interaction with us, we may also need to disclose your personal data to third parties for the performance of a contract with you, to meet a legal obligation or for our legitimate interests, which may include but is not limited to:
data from our selected partners who have identified a lead for the sale of a product or service to you;
third party vendor, reseller, distributor, sub-contractor or partner for the supply of goods and services that you have requested if it is necessary for the performance of the contract. These external companies are only authorised to use your data for the purpose of providing the contract;
staff members in order to facilitate the provision of goods or services to you;

Overseas transfers and sharing personal data with sub-processors
It is sometimes necessary for us to transfer your personal data to countries other than the UK, and these countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws of the UK.
Specifically, our group companies and our website servers are located in the EU and UK, however, some of our third-party service providers, and partners operate around the world. This means that when we collect your personal data, we may process it in a number of different countries.
However, we have taken appropriate safeguards to require that your personal data will remain protected in accordance with this privacy policy. These include implementing the International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) and the UK international data transfer addendum to the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses for international data transfers (UK Addendum) for transfers of personal data between us and each of our sub-processors, which requires all sub-processors to protect personal data they process from the UK in accordance with UK data protection laws. In order to facilitate online payments through boxxe’s ecommerce portal, where applicable, Stripe may Process Payment Account Details, bank account details, billing/shipping address, name, date/time/amount of transaction, device ID, email address, IP address/location, order ID, payment card details, tax ID/status, unique customer identifier, identity information including government issued documents (e.g., national IDs, driver’s licenses and passports).
Boxxe will provide certain information about its customers to Dotdigital in order for it to be able to provide automated marketing services that are tailored to its specific customer interests.
Data will primarily be stored at rest in Greenhouse’s Silos - EU-Central-1 (Frankfurt) and EU-West-1 (Ireland) for disaster recovery. Data will only be transferred to and from Greenhouse servers in the EU and the US for essential business activities, including technical support, sub-processor services, and others as outlined in the Greenhouse DPA (data processing agreement).
We retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose that we collected it for, including the satisfaction of any legal, accounting or reporting requirements. This includes data for tax and accounting requirements under applicable law. If you make a purchase from boxxe, we will keep the information for tax and accounting requirements under applicable law.
Data is reviewed regularly and only retained where necessary. To determine the appropriate retention period of your data, we consider the amount, nature and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from a loss of confidentiality to the data and any legal requirements to retain such personal data. Once any legal requirements have expired for the data, we destroy all personal data associated with you and the product or service that you have purchased.
If you stop using your account we will delete or anonymise your account data after seven years.

The confidentiality of your information is extremely important to us. boxxe use reasonable physical, technical and organisational measures to safeguard the personal data you provide to us.
All data collected by boxxe is stored on our own IT system that is administered by boxxe staff. The boxxe IT system has been accredited to ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus.
