In our first application for accreditation, we've been ranked as a Very Good Company to work for by the Best Companies organisation.
Based on care, humility, responsibility and discipline, this accolade is all the more notable as it reflects the qualities that companies have learned, through this last year, are the key to success. Employee engagement has become a vital energy source during the pandemic, and this is something the Best Companies ranking celebrates.
According to Forbes, a recent pandemic study found that overall employee engagement levels are highly dependent on employees' self-engagement (i.e. their personal outlooks like optimism, resilience, proactivity, etc.) and that this is something successful companies need to nurture and develop. That these qualities are thriving within the boxxe team culture is a valuable achievement for the northern based tech company.
