By combining innovation with tailored solutions, we’ll ensure British Cycling remains a leader, behind the scenes as well as on the bike, equipping the team with the tools and security needed to thrive in an increasingly digital landscape as they reach communities, teams and champions across the UK.

Our key responsibilities in the partnership include:

  • IT Infrastructure Monitoring and Maintenance: Keeping British Cycling’s IT infrastructure running efficiently, securely, and up-to-date with the latest tech.

  • Cybersecurity: Proactively monitoring and protecting British Cycling’s data and systems from potential threats.

  • User Support: Delivering comprehensive IT support to British Cycling staff, ensuring smooth operations and resolving technical issues.

“I greatly appreciate the exceptional support we’ve consistently received from the Total Computers team over the years. Their dedication to ensuring our IT systems operate efficiently has been invaluable. As they transition to boxxe, I’m excited to continue this strong partnership. With their expertise and support, British Cycling is well-positioned to achieve our goals and drive forward.”

More than 'just tech'

At boxxe, we’re about making tech human, and that means giving back. As part of our partnership, we support British Cycling’s RISE scholarship programme, providing 10 people each year with the opportunity to develop their coaching skills and inspire wider participation in cycling.

These scholarships are transformative, offering a funded route to professional and personal development alongside the British Cycling coaching team. One such story is Christine White, whose passion for cycling led her from owning a bike shop to becoming a voluntary coach and eventually earning a scholarship.

Christine’s year-long program has opened doors to invaluable coaching experiences, including working on the Rwanda ’25 Project and contributing to initiatives like British Cycling’s ‘Limitless’ launch. Her journey demonstrates the impact of the scholarship, not just on her personal growth, but on the cycling community at large.

Reflecting on her experience, Christine says

"This scholarship has been a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. From grassroots coaching to performance level, it’s given a voice to those involved and the chance to make a real impact on the sport globally. I’m incredibly grateful for this chance to grow and contribute.”

A rewarding partnership

We’re thrilled to be part of British Cycling’s journey, supporting their IT needs and playing a role in helping people like Christine achieve their dreams. This partnership is about more than just tech—it’s about making a real difference in people’s lives.

At boxxe, that’s what making tech human is all about.
