boxxe recognised by Palo Alto Networks as a NextWave Platinum Innovator

boxxe today announced it has become a Palo Alto Networks NextWave Platinum Innovator.  boxxe joins a select group of channel partners who have met the Platinum Innovator performance, capabilities, and business requirements of the Palo Alto Networks NextWave Partner Program.

boxxe delivers Palo Alto Networks solutions and its own managed firewall service to its customers across UK Public and Private sectors.

They discovered that only 19.5% of customers surveyed felt IT resellers were willing to work with them to resolve issues, whilst only 26.7% of customers said they were happy with the efficiency of communication.  As a result, only 38.6% said they were satisfied with the customer service they received.  Further down the sales funnel, they found few respondents became repeat customers – with less than 50% intending to repurchase from the same reseller.
