Dell Trade Compliance Terms

Dell Compliance – Additional Terms and Conditions 

boxxe is committed to full compliance with all applicable U.S. and global trade and anti-bribery and corruption laws and regulations, including U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act 1977 and the UK Bribery Act 2010, when selling Dell Products and Services.

As such, the following additional terms and conditions shall apply when a Customer is purchasing Dell products from boxxe for and on behalf of itself or another third party/user.

  1. The Customer will maintain true, accurate, and complete accounting records concerning the sale, use and licensing of the Dell Technologies Products and Services

  2. The Customer will never offer a bribe, either directly or through a third party, to win business.

  3. The Customer if required, will conduct risk-based due diligence on any third parties with whom it may engage with that could be connected to Dell Technologies.

  4. The Customer will provide reasonable gifts and hospitality appropriately and in compliance with all applicable anti-corruption laws and MDF terms and conditions (if applicable).

  5. The Customer will ensure it adheres to both U.S. and global trade laws.

  6. The Customer will ensure it is compliant with the requirements of all export and re-export licenses associated with its purchase.

  7. The Customer will ensure it screens the end users of purchased Dell products against restricted US party lists.

  8. The Customer will ensure it is compliant with anti-boycott laws effective in jurisdictions where Dell does business.

  9. The Customer will ensure it is not carrying on business by individuals, entities, countries or territories sanctioned by the US (including, North Korea, Cuba, Iran, Sudan, Syria, Crimea, Russia, Belarus, Donetsk & Luhansk regions in Ukraine).

  10. The Customer will provide regular training and awareness programs to ensure employees are informed about and compliant with U.S. and global trade and anti-bribery and corruption laws.

  11. Customers are encouraged to report any potential violations of trade laws through to legal@boxxe.com.
